We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking link when it ships.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
• U.S. Express: 1–3 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original packaging.

To start a return, please use our contact form and include your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

Custom pieces and sale items are final sale.

Damages & Warranty

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you experience an issue with wear, please reach out through our Contact Form within 30 days of delivery.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will happily repair or replace defective items.
